The school is in receipt of this grant which is awarded by the Education Funding Authority to raise attainment in those vulnerable groups who have statistically been shown to be at risk of underachievement. Also details of how the previous academic year's allocation was spent, and the effect of this expenditure on the educational attainment of those pupils at the school in respect of whom grant funding was allocated

PE and Sport Provision
The Government’s Sports Premium Grant has been funded since September 2013. It is designed to raise the profile of sports and healthy lifestyles for pupils creating a legacy in schools. Ofsted assesses and reports on how effectively this funding is being used to improve PE and sport provision when making a judgement on the quality of the school’s Leadership and Management. Schools are free to determine how best to use this funding to improve the quality and breadth of Physical Education and sport so that all pupils develop healthy lifestyles and reach the performance levels of which they are capable.
