Tubbenden Primary School

Dear Parents/Carers

Tubbenden Primary School does not tolerate bullying. All staff are trained to be vigilant to spot any signs of bullying, including cyber bullying. To improve our practice further, we would like to seek your views on bullying , ways of tackling it and how the school can report to parents. As a result, we have set up a new page on the school website. Here, parents can access different materials related to anti-bullying. We would like parents to leave their views on the web page, for example, by taking part in a short survey or just leaving a comment.

Last academic year, we set up an anti-bullying working party which consists of parents, governors and staff. The working party met twice,  in the Summer term 2014 and in the Autumn term 2014. The minutes of the last meeting can be found below on this page. The focus for the summer term will be the review of the current Combating Bullying policy. Your views will inform the discussions of the working party, which will play an active part in the policy reviewing.
